Grammy nominated Reggae/ R&B singer Wayne Wonder does it again with a new single.

He recently released his, Singso Records, single titled "If I Ever" in Nov. 2010. He returned with the intentions to give his fans what they've been missing and that's exactly what he accomplished.

"If I Ever" debuted at #4 on the iTunes Reggae Charts. With this accomplishment Wayne Wonder sure did prove that he could do it on his own. It was clear that Singso Records was on to something bigger and better.

Who is this new Soulful singer Mara Hruby? Check her out!

I was browsing the internet and came across this Twenty-two year old Mara Hruby from Oakland, CA. who arrived on the scene IN 2010. From Mara Hruby latest EP "From Her Eyes" she remakes Mos Defs “The Panties” and really does a great job. Being a Mos def fan I have to really give her props for keeping it sexy and mello. Mara Mruby gives her reason on why she choice this track

“The Panties” is on Mos Def’s album “The New Danger” and it was written by the man himself. To me, he is one of the few rappers that can release full songs where they sing and I enjoy it without blinking twice, in fact, I close my eyes. Mos Def has a powerful sound to him that is distinctly unique. What I aimed to do with this cover, is communicate, through song, the way that I take in his original. This is the last song on my cover album and it completes the story I’m telling, song by song, of music by men “From Her Eyes”.

FLASHBACK: UK Artist @MS_DYNAMITE

Before Amy Winehouse and Estelle, you had Ms. Dynamite-eee. A lot of people may not know about her because she is a UK artist, but any real music lover would know exactly who she is. Ms. Dynamite is a double Brit Award and three time MOBO Awards winning R&B, UK garage, and hip hop singer and rapper.

Ms. Dynamite was born and raised in Archway, a district in North London, to a Scottish mother and a Jamaican father. She grew up listening to reggae and hip hop music. Though she wanted to become a schoolteacher or social worker, her biggest aspiration was to be a musician. She is the eldest of eleven siblings, one of whom is a grime artist known as Akala.

Flirting

I was driving home today, and while I was stopped at some lights in Lindfield this little white car pulled up beside me. There seemed to be a lot of movement in the car, so I looked at it. Inside were two girls. The girls were looking at me and the girl in the passenger seat seemed to be leaning over the driver to wind down her window. I thought it was odd but didn't want to stare so I looked back at the car in front. The little car beeped so I looked back and both girls were still looking at me, the window was down now. They were giggling, one waved, and the other did the Thumb-Pinky wave at me. I thought "Oh goodness, I think they might be flirting." So I smiled an indulgent and probably rudely dismissive smile, and then drove off (the lights had changed) and tried not to look at them again, just in case they really were flirting. I don't know how to do inter-car flirting so I thought my best response was just to drive away as quickly as possible. Shame really, because had I known what to do, I could be partying with the ladies right now.

Sigh.

Marsha Ambrosius - Far Away "True Story"

Marsha Ambrosius - Far Away video is so deep and it truly paints the picture so different. Now a days being openly gay is progressing even more in our society today. However certain areas still wont accept it, especially if it's an every day down looking kind of guy. Being open is real hard when you a cool dude around the way and Marsha did share that in this video "Far Away!"


This is why we have so many people out there who are falling under that "Undercover" umbrella. The fear of not being accepted and the pressure of others cause people to do things and in this guys case the pressure leads him to kill himself! Sad to see this, but the video is a great video and needs to really be looked at when it comes to bullying.

I am not one to judge, but it is time for people to fall back. The same ones that preach about this and that in the bible, seem to forget that judging and criticizing others is also a sin.......hum, but it seems like they tend to skip that verse!
