Kim Kardashian poses like she is dead in a coffin to promote World Aids Day on December 1st sponsored by the Keep A Child Alive foundation. She looks like sleeping Beauty to me! I also think its kinda scary, but the cause behind it is for a great purpose. I wonder if she made a big deal like she did when she posed for Play boy?
Anyway she does look nice, even when she plays dead! Remember people to get tested and wrap it up, even if it is in the heat of the moment. That one slip can change your life tremendously.
