November 8-14 Pursuit of Happiness Week

Right to the pursuit of happiness - the right to try to find happiness human right - (law) any basic right or freedom to which all human beings are entitled and in whose exercise a government may not interfere (including rights to life and liberty as well as freedom of thought and expression and equality before the law)

Time to get happy and enjoy the things that make you happy. The most important thing you have to do is stop and think about what really makes you happy? Is it going out with friends, staying home reading a book, cooking, cleaning, spending money, chilling with kids or family, I mean the list goes on and on! Happiness comes in so many different ways, its truly up to you to search deep and find it. A lot of people do not realize that to get to true happiness you have to have those down moments. Within those down moments it's up to you to continue to work hard towards your happiness. If everything was easy how would you learn. Making mistakes is the only true way for you to understand the things that are happening in your life. Once you figure it out the best thing you can do is turn it around and turn it into something that makes you happy. Even if it means letting things go that are no good for you.

Right now with all that is going on in our everyday lives, if you do not stop it can only cause stress and pain. So without any interruptions take advantage of this week of peaceful thinking. Find yourself! Walk on the beach or go to the park. Go places that are relaxing and peaceful that will allow you to think and clear your thoughts. Finding happiness is the only thing we really have, so instead of letting someone take it from you try everything in your power to keep it!
